BOSU Explosive Tricep Push Up
- BOSU Ball
1) Place the BOSU dome side up on the floor.
2) Start in the low plank position - put both hands on the BOSU dome and go on all fours, extend your legs back behind you. Now, come onto your forearms - keep the hips up and core tight. You're aiming for a straight line between your neck, back and legs.
1) Push into your forearms and jump up with force.
2) When airborne, extend your arms out in front of you - you should end up in an elevated plank.
3) Lower yourself back to the starting position.
