Quantum Trainer Single Arm Bent Over Rear Flye

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip handle to the Quantum Trainer Arm & set the arm about knee height.
2) Grab the handle with an overhand grip.
3) Hinge forward from the hips, keeping the back/neck straight and the core tight.
Ensure the working hand is lined up with lower chest area.
You can use the other hand to stabilise on the QT
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core so the spine is straight.
2) Keeping the arm relatively straight, take the hand out wide to shoulder level.
3) Ensure you are using the back muscles to lift the weight. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at end of range.
4) Lower the hand back to the start position, repeat for required reps then change sides.
