Plate Around the World

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight. Keep your feet shoulder width apart.

2) Start with the plates in your hands - face the palms up.

Perform instructions

1) Lift the plates outwards and above your head in an arc-like motion.

2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
