Quantum Trainer Standing Hip Leg Abduction with Ankle Cuff

Setup instructions

1) Attach the Loop & Clip to the arm of the Quantum Trainer
Ensure arm is set very low.

2) Place a step box longways within the base of the trainer.
Stand on the box facing the QT, you can hold the equipment to stabilse during the movement

3) Place ankle cuffs on each ankle

Perform instructions

1) Drop your working foot off the side of the step box..

2) Pushing the heel out and turning the toe in, push the leg out directly to the side.

3) Keep the torso stable & upright to ensure the work is coming from the abductor muscles

4) Repeat for required reps then change working leg.
