Quantum Trainer Seated Pronated Grip Lat Pulldown with Bar

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Wide Bar to the Quantum Trainer Arm.
Place a bench below the bar to sit on
2) Set the arm high to allow full extension of the arms when seated
3) Place the hands in a overhand grip on the bar at slightly wider than shoulder width then extend the arms.
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core & draw the bar towards the hips.
2) Pull the elbows down imagining you are putting the shoulder blades in your back pockets.
3) Stop when your elbows reach end of range, pause and squeeze then return slowly to the start position
4) Repeat for required reps.
