Battle Ropes Pull

Setup instructions
1) Have the battle rope coiled up in an area in front of you - hold one end of the rope.
2) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral - keep your knees soft. Start with the rope on your right side near your waist.
Perform instructions
1) Pull the rope so the pile ends up behind you.
