Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point on the left side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.

2) Step over the anchor and hold the handle with your left hand. Hold onto the side with your right hand and fully extend the arm. You should be leaning to the left.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arm straight and lift your left arm towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top. Now, lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
