Overhead Shoulder Rotation Lasso

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, back flat and core tight.

2) Lift your arm up towards the ceiling.

Perform instructions

1) Rotate your arm in a clockwise motion.

2) Now, rotate in an anticlockwise motion.

3) Repeat on the other side.
