Landmine Lying Front Raise (One Arm)
1) Use the landmine attachment to anchor a barbell on the floor - load your weight to the other side. Position yourself so the anchor is to your right.
2) Lie on the floor and grab the end of the bar with your left hand (underhand grip).
1) Slowly extend your arm and lift it towards the ceiling.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze your chest. Now, gently lower your arm back to the starting position.
