Setup instructions
1) Set the height of the handles or pads to fit your body comfortably.
2) Stand on the foot platform and grip the handles.
3) Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and ensure your spine is neutral.
4) Tighten your abs and obliques before starting the movement.
Perform instructions
1) Rotate your torso to one side, focus on using your obliques to control the motion.
2) Pause briefly at the end of the twist & return to the starting position
3) Repeat on the opposite side
4) Follow this pattern and repeat for required reps or time
