Seated Heel Circle

Setup instructions
1) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Lift your right leg up so its parallel to the floor - keep it in place by holding the thigh and point your foot up.
Perform instructions
1) Make a circular clockwise motion with your foot - rotate your ankle.
2) Now, make an anticlockwise motion.
3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
