Cable Rope Tricep Kickback (One Arm)
- Cable Machine
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine. Load the appropriate weight and attach the rope to the end.
2) Face towards it with a medium stance. Hinge forward from the hips and keep the back flat.
3) Tuck the elbow in close to your body at all times.
1) Pull the rope back until your arm is fully extended.
2) Squeeze the triceps at the bottom, pause for a second and bend your elbow forward to the starting position.
