Setup instructions

1) Start on all fours and lift your knees up. Keep the back flat at all times and hands under your shoulders. Your knees should be at right angles with the shins hovering and parallel to the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Shift the weight to your left side and move your right foot and arm forward. Now, move your left side forward so they're in front.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.

Note: it's important to keep your back flat throughout this movement.
