Quantum Trainer Bent Over Rear Flye

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms & set the arms about knee height.
2) Grab the handles with an overhand grip.
3) Hinge forward from the hips, keeping the back/neck straight and the core tight.
Ensure the hands are lined up with lower chest area.
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core so the spine is straight.
2) Keeping the arms relatively straight, take both hands out wide to shoulder level.
3) Ensure you are using the back muscles to lift the weight. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at end of range.
4) Lower the hands back to the start position then repeat for required reps.
