Stability Ball Pike Press

Setup instructions
1) Place the stability ball on the floor.
2) Put your feet on the ball and walk your feet in - keep the legs straight until you're in an inverted 'V'.
Perform instructions
1) Start to bend the elbows as you lower your body to the ground.
2) Once your head is nearly touching the floor, slowly push up with your arms always keeping the 'V' position.
3) Repeat.
