Setup instructions
1) Step onto the machine and attach the safety clip to your clothes.
Note: if you lose control, the clip stops the machine when pulled out.
Perform instructions
1) Press start - the machine will power on and count down. From here, you can select your level to make it go faster or slower.
Note: on every step, try make contact with the middle of your foot - not the heel.
