Trunk Rotation

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Lift your arms out either side.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your legs forward and rotate your trunk to the left - aim to look behind you.

2) Now reverse the movement and continue to rotate to the right.

Note: try to keep your legs and hips as stationary as possible.
