Setup instructions
1) Start with the ball in front of your body - keep the chest up, core tight back flat and head neutral.
Perform instructions
1) Lift the ball above your head.
2) Bend your knees, push your tailbone back and slam the ball down with force. As the ball leaves your hands, its important to have a straight back.
3) Pick the ball up and return to standing.
4) Repeat.
