Setup instructions
1) Place the stability ball on the floor in front of you.
2) Start in a full kneeling position with both hands on the ball. Keep the chest up, back flat and core tight.
Perform instructions
1) Roll the ball out in front. Keep the left arm on and put the right hand down to support yourself. The endpoint should be your left arm fully extended in front with the neck and head aligned.
2) Pause and feel the stretch - to emphasise, you can gently lower the body towards the floor.
3) Hold until the end of the timer.
