Suspension Strap Upper Back Stretch

Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the suspension strap - it should be a mid length.

2) Grab the handles and take a few back steps (still face the anchor).

Perform instructions

1) Bend your knees, hinge forward from the hips and push the tailbone back. You're aiming for a straight line between the straps, back and arms.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
