Quantum Trainer Chest Supported Pronated Grip Row on Incline Bench

Setup instructions
1) Add the pronated handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place an incline bench (around 45 degrees) between the arms
2) Lay pronated on the bench with the feet firmly planted on the floor.
3) Grab the handles with an overhand grip. Let the hands hang towards the floor
Ensure back & neck are straight and supported by the bench.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull the weights towards the sides of the waist.
Squeeze the elbows back/down & the shoulder blades together.
2) Pause & squeeze at end of range then slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
