Stability Ball Shoulder Stretch (Leg Back)
- Stability Ball
1) Place the stability ball on the floor in front of you to your left.
2) Start on all fours - hands directly under your shoulders. Lift your left arm up and place it on top of the ball. Keep the back flat, head and neck neutral.
1) Extend your left arm and leg out in opposite directions.
2) Pause and feel the stretch - to emphasise, you can gently lower the body towards the floor.
3) Hold until the end of the timer.
