Setup instructions
1) Start on all fours - knees under your hips and hands under your shoulders.
2) Lift your right foot and hover it above the floor.
Perform instructions
1) Extend your right leg behind you and externally rotate your foot outwards.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze your glutes. Now, gently reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
