Medicine Wall Throw (Side to Side)

Setup instructions

1) Start by standing square on in front of the wall (about a foot or 2). Feet shoulder width apart.

2) Hold the ball close to your body. Still square on, twist your trunk towards your left leg.

3) Keep the core tight and chest up at all times.

Perform instructions

1) Twist your trunk and throw the ball towards the wall.

2) Catch and repeat on the other side.
