Quantum Trainer Alternating Chest Flyes on Flat Bench

Setup instructions
1) Set the bench in an flat position and place inside the Quantum Trainer Arms so handles are at at chest level.
Attach the neutral (palms in) handles
2) Start by lying on your back and plant the feet firmly on the floor.
3) Grab the handles and place hands, palms in directly above the chest.
Perform instructions
1) Extend one arm slowly outwards in a wide arc with a slight bend in your elbow.
Keep your palm facing inwards.
2) Pause at the bottom, your range of motion will be governed by your flexibility but be careful to protect your shoulders by not lowering too far below shoulder height.
3) You'll feel a stretch across your chest, then return your arm back to the starting position and squeeze the chest at the top. Perform the same action on the other arm.
4) Repeat for required reps, alternating.
