Setup instructions

1) Start by lying on your right side, lift your left knee and keep your right leg extended.

2) Reach your left arm across your body and touch the floor.

Perform instructions

1) In an arc-like motion, keep your left arm straight as you lift it over your body to the other side. The endpoint should be the trunk twisted with your left arm reaching behind you - pause here.

2) Now, slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
