Kneeling Chest Pull/Row with Rope on Cable

Setup instructions
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine.
2) Load the appropriate weight and attach the rope to the end.
3) Kneel facing the anchor - be about 1 or 2 meters away.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull the rope towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
Keep the shoulders down away from the ears.
2) Pause then bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
