Leg Climb

Setup instructions
1) Lie on the floor and lift one leg towards the ceiling - keep it straight.
Perform instructions
1) Curl up from the core and grab the back of your thigh.
2) Climb up your leg and touch your toe - this will lift your back of the floor.
3) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the climb back to the starting position.
4) Repeat.
