Dumbbell Shoulder Press (One Arm)

Setup instructions

Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight. The weight should be resting near your shoulders with elbows facing down. Starting the exercise, palms are facing forward.

Perform instructions

Slowly push and extend the arm upward. Pause for a second and slowly descend to the starting position. Repeat.
