Setup instructions

1) Lay on your back and fully extend your legs.

2) Grab the pilates ring and step the top of your right foot inside.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull the ring towards you. You should feel the stretch in your right calf.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
