Butterfly Stretch

Setup instructions

1) Sit tall on the floor with your knees up and soles of the feet together. Rest your forearms against your inner thighs.

Perform instructions

1) Apply gentle pressure and push your legs down towards the floor - you'll feel the stretch around your groin.

2) Hold until the end of the timer.
