Calf Stretch (Leaning)
- Body weight
1 ) Place a chair in front of you - about a foot or so. Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees.
2) Hold on to the back of the seat. Your arms should be extended with a slight bend in the elbows.
3) Step the right leg back so its somewhat straight - bend the left knee.
1) Shift your weight to the rear leg and lean forward slightly.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
