Quantum Trainer Landmine Around the World Overhead Rotations

Setup instructions

1) Attach the Landmine to the Quantum Trainer Arm.

2) Set the height around hip height and stand in front of it

3) Grab the landmine between the hands & hold on one side of the body around waist height.

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet and push the weights up and over the top of the head so it ends up around waist height at the other side.

2) Brace and engage core throughout the movement.

3) Repeat for required reps to each side, alternating sides.
