Setup instructions
1) Place the BOSU on the floor dome side up.
2) Lie on it with your back - plant your feet on the floor so the shins are vertical.
Perform instructions
1) In one movement, lift the dumbbells and your hips towards the ceiling. The endpoint should be the arms fully extended and glutes up.
2) Pause at the top. Now lower the dumbbells and yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
