Dumbbell Truck Driver
1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Hold the dumbbell out in front of your chest - extend your arms. It's important to hold the dumbbell by its sides.
1) Slowly tilt the dumbbell to your right until it's vertical to the floor. This will cause the right hand to be on top, the left hand to cup the bottom and the left elbow to bend slightly.
2) Hold for a second and return to the starting position.
3) Repeat on the other side.
