Scapular Squeeze

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Retract and squeeze your shoulder blades together - you'll feel this in your upper back.

2) Hold at the endpoint. Now, gently return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
