Setup instructions

1) Attach the Handle to the Quantum Trainer Arm.
Place a bench beneath the handle to sit on.

2) Set the arm high to allow full extension of arms and sit below it.

3) Grab the handle and turn the palm into a reverse neutral grip then extend the arm.

Perform instructions

1) Brace the core & draw the handle towards the hip while simultaneously twisting the grip to a neutral (palm in) grip

2) Pull the elbow down, imagining you are putting the shoulder blade in your back pocket.

3) Stop when your elbow reaches end of range, pause and squeeze then return slowly to the start and back to the reverse neutral grip position

4) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
