Seated Leg Lift Hold

Setup instructions

1) Sit upright on the seat/box and plant the feet on the floor - chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Raise your foot off the floor (about a foot). Keep the sole somewhat parallel to the floor.

2) Hold it in place until the end of the timer.
