Medicine Wall Throw (Underhand Scoop)

Setup instructions

1) Start by standing square on in front of the wall (about a foot or 2). Feet wider than shoulder width apart.

2) Hinge forward from the hips as if you're going into a squat. Scoop your hands under the ball and hold it close to your body.

Perform instructions

1) Press into your heels and thrust forward. Use this momentum to throw the ball to the wall and catch it.

2) Repeat.
