Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Place both legs through the band and rest it around your thighs.
3) Shift the weight to your left side and hover your right foot from the floor slightly.
Perform instructions
1) Lift your leg away to the side.
2) Pause for a second at the top and lower back down to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
