Quantum Trainer Bent Over Row With Parallel V Attachment

Setup instructions
1) Use one arm of the Quantum Trainer.
Add the eyelet with the paralell narrow V attachment.
Add the appropriate weight plates
2) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
Hinge forward from the hips, keep the back flat and have a slight bend in the knees.
3) Grab the handle and let it hang towards the floor - directly under your shoulders.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly pull the handle towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
2) Pause at end of range and squeeze then bring your arms back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
