Quantum Trainer Neutral Grip Pull Ups

Setup instructions

1) Attach the neutral grip handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.

2) Face the Trainer then grab the handles with an neutral (palms in) grip.

3) Extend the arms so you are hanging below the handles, you can bend the knees to keep your weight off the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Brace the core so the spine is straight.

2) Pull with the arms until your chin is above the level of the hands

3) Squeeze the shoulders blades down when you reach end of range, then return slowly to the start position

4) Repeat for required reps.
