Standing Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension Supinated grip on Cable

Setup instructions
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attachment on the end.
2) Face away from the cable machine.
3) Grab the handle with an underhand grip, put the elbow at shoulder height and keep it there throughout the exercise.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arm so it is fully straight. The only movement should come from your forearm. Keep the elbows high throughout
2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze the triceps. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
