Pilates Ring Leg Squeeze

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral. Place the Pilates Ring between your inner lower legs.
2) Shift the weight to your left leg and raise your right foot of the floor slightly.
1) Keep your right leg straight as you push against the ring.
2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze your inner thighs. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
