Setup instructions

1) Grab a bench or step.

2) Plant your feet on the floor with a straight back - hold the plate on your left side.

Perform instructions

1) Move the weight around your head in a clockwise motion - try keep it parallel.

2) Now, move the weight in an anticlockwise motion.

3) Repeat.
