Quantum Trainer Single Arm Split Jerk with Landmine

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Landmine to the arm of the Quantum Trainer
Ensure arm is set low enough to allow a deep lunge.
2) Stand facing the QT & hold the landmine against the front of the shoulder on one side.
3) Stand with feet hip width
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core then jump back with the working side leg (same side as landmine) into a deep lunge.
Simultaneously press the landmine up into a single arm shoulder press.
2) Stabilise at the bottom of the rep then bring the arm back to the start position while stepping back to original hip width stance.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
