Setup instructions

1) Sit on a bench or box and plant the feet on the floor.
Grab a dumbbell in each hand with the palms facing in.

2) Extend the arms vertical above the shoulders.
Throughout the entire exercise, keep the upper arms vetically in place.

Perform instructions

1) Bend the elbows and lower the dumbbells behind the back.

2) Extend the arms to the start position.
Pause at the top and squeeze the triceps.

3) Repeat for the required reps.
