Standing Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension Neutral Grip on Cable

Setup instructions
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with no attachment on the end.
2) Face away from the cable machine.
3) Put the elbow at shoulder height and keep it there throughout the exercise.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arm so it's fully straight. The only movement should come from your forearm. Keep the elbow high, use the other hand to stabilise if required
2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze the tricep. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
