Set up Machine so the pivot of the machine is lined up with the knee
The Heel Pad should be just behind the ankle
Back should be secure against the seat back
Perform instructions
1) Draw the heels back & under the base of the seat
2) Work on max range before increasing the weight
3) Ensure your back & hips stay against the back pad
4) Release the weight slowly
