Side Leg Lift (Laying)

Setup instructions
1) Start by lying on your left side - place your right leg on top of your left.
Perform instructions
1) Keep your legs straight and slowly lift them towards the ceiling.
2) Pause for a second at the top and 'crunch' your obliques. Now, slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
